Service Overview
Water infiltration through windows, curtain wall, storefronts, and facade assemblies is one of the most disruptive and difficult-to-diagnose problems a building owner can face. A & A Window Products brings decades of field experience to leak investigation and repair — working methodically to identify the true source of infiltration, recommend the most practical repair approach, and execute the work with minimal disruption to building operations.
We work with building owners, property managers, facilities teams, architects, and facade consultants on both immediate repair needs and longer-term building envelope assessments.

Why A&A Window Products
Experienced Diagnosticians
Leaks rarely originate exactly where water appears. A & A's field crews bring decades of experience identifying the actual source of infiltration — whether it's a failed sealant joint, a compromised curtain wall gasket, a flashing condition, or a more complex system failure — before recommending a repair approach.
Responsive & Equipped
Building leaks are time-sensitive. A & A maintains aerial lift equipment and experienced field crews ready to access difficult locations quickly, supporting owners and facilities teams when problems need to be addressed without delay.
Repair-First Thinking
Not every leak requires a full system replacement. We evaluate each situation on its merits and recommend the most cost-effective solution that genuinely resolves the problem — whether that's a targeted repair, a phased remediation, or guidance toward a broader replacement program when repair is no longer practical.
Typical Applications
- Commercial office buildings and institutional facilities
- Historic and landmark buildings with aging window and facade systems
- Occupied residential high-rise and condominium buildings
- Schools, universities, and municipal buildings
- Museums and cultural institutions
- Buildings with curtain wall, storefront, or window wall systems showing signs of water infiltration
