Our History

This third-generation, family-owned organization began operations in 1954 with a focus on Venetian blinds and window repairs. A & A Window Products was then incorporated in 1974 and expanded its services to include full-scale window replacements and repairs, curtain walls, architectural panels, and specialty glazing. In 1997, we relocated our building just six miles north of Boston in Malden, MA.
Lee Sullivan – President

Lee Sullivan’s journey with A & A Window Products began at an early age, assembling window components as a child and gaining firsthand insight into the family business. As he got older, Lee transitioned to working on jobsites, installing windows, and acquiring valuable hands-on experience in the field. While attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute, he took on the additional responsibility of implementing and managing the company’s accounting software—a testament to both his versatility and commitment.
This early and comprehensive exposure to the business laid a solid foundation for Lee’s future leadership. After graduating in 1991, he joined A & A Window Products full-time as an estimator and project manager. Following in the footsteps of his parents, he steadily progressed through the company and, in 2006, became President of A & A Window Products, Inc.
Lee’s leadership is deeply rooted in family values. His wife, Christine, has served as the company’s treasurer since 2015. Both of his daughters have also joined the business—one as a project manager after earning a business degree from the University of Vermont, and the other as a labor liaison following her graduation from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Under Lee’s guidance, A & A has remained committed to its core principles of safety, quality, and service. He has played a key role in strengthening the company’s reputation in the construction industry by cultivating long-term partnerships and earning the respect of clients throughout the region. Through strategic growth and an unwavering dedication to excellence, Lee has expanded A & A’s footprint across New England, solidifying its status as a trusted provider of glass and metal installation and repair services.
Lee’s industry leadership extends beyond the company. He serves on the Apprenticeship Board of the Finishing Trades Institute of New England, the Board of Trustees of the Finishing Trades Institute International, and the Board of the Painters and Glaziers Employee Association of New England—further demonstrating his commitment to advancing the trade and supporting the next generation of professionals.

Our Facility

With our experienced fabrication crew, A & A Window Products can build and deliver custom panels, storefront, entrance, and curtain wall in our 16,000-square foot green facility just below our headquarters resulting in shorten lead times and reduce the need to store materials on-site. We continuously look for ways to upgrade the capabilities of our fabrication facility to keep pace with the increasingly diverse demands of our customers. On our custom projects, we self-perform the installation of door hardware. The nature of this work provides us a competitive advantage by completely controlling this process – increasing quality and decreasing the lead time.
Sustainability
A & A Window Products, Inc. is committed to reducing environmental impact through innovation and sustainability. Our solar photovoltaic system, consisting of approximately 240 rooftop solar panels, enables us to power our environmentally conscious facility with clean, renewable energy. Installed two Electric charging stations on our building and we recycle cardboard to reduce the impact on our environment. We continuously strive to enhance sustainability in our operations. In our small way, we remain dedicated to building a greener future for our industry and communities.
